1. This Boutique style hotel will be available to rent as an un-staffed & user ready facility for those seeking small event occupancy in a large space. Rental includes: Guest ready house-kept rooms, a private saloon with cold storage, spacious dining areas, a conference room, a catering ready commercial kitchen and cold storage.

EFR (entire facility rental) includes all accommodations and common spaces, commercial kitchen, secure parking, boat launch and access to Quilchena Point day use. $3250 per evening. 15 rooms total, 6 of which are “side rooms”. 12 noon check-in / 12 noon check out. *MINIMUM TWO EVENINGS STAY.

All rentals include bedding and basic dishes and cookware. The Saloon area is prepared to provide accessible cold storage, serving space and seating. *Please be advised that the allowable occupancy numbers may vary depending on current Provincial Health Order restrictions and regulations.
