Northern division
Farm Foreman
This position would consist of operating large farm equipment for hay and silage production, winter feeding of cattle, irrigation and the supervision 3-5 employees. Work hours would be 5 days per week, 10-12 hours a day dependent on the time of year. Farm and foreman experience required. Preference will be given to those with a Class 3 Drivers Licence. Douglas lake ranch
Cowboy
Douglas Lake Cattle Company is currently accepting applications for year-round and seasonal full time Cowboys at our Douglas Lake location. The position entails moving cattle by horseback, herd health, calving and fencing as well as other ranch work as required. The successful candidates will be required to rope, shoe horses and start colts and provide own tack. Preference will be given to applicants with one at least one (1) year experience. Must possess a valid Drivers Licence (heavy trailer endorsement, or class 1 or 3 an asset). Full benefits package available after 90 days of employment.
